Take 4% (by wieght) borax in water solution Add 4% (by weight) PolyVinylAlcohol (PVA, a dry powder) in water solution Mix equal amounts, add water to desired consistency. If it dries out, add more water. PVA sounds outlandish, but is actually readily available from all chem. supply stores and some larger pharmacies. Perfectly legal, NOT a controlled substance or anything scary like that. |
